Sales Performance Management
- Responsible for sales revenue and shipment target
- Define and propose sales targets and growth margins for the account, focusing on volume, mix and profitability
- Negotiate Quarterly & Monthly sales volume with WWP (World Wide Procurement) Team.
- Analyze monthly sales records and planned and reviewed sales target with HQ
Relationship Management
- Acting as focal point for problem resolution and monitors customer claims
- Organize TMM (Top Management Meeting) for strengthening partnership regularly
- Arrange QBR (Quarterly Business Review) & OPS (Operations) meeting
COS ( Continuity Of Supply ) Management
- Analyze weekly forecast and optimized production plan and supply plan
- Propose recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls
- Review forecast and supply fluctuation with customer
- Responsible for managing panel and components inventory level
- NPI(New Program Introduction) Management Monitored panel readiness for new program from Kick-Off meeting to RTS
- EOL (End of Life) Management Planning for product EOL and engaging in panel LTB (Last Time Buy) discussion with Dell
Marketing and Strategy
- Introducing new technology and leading edge products to Dell and aligning future product roadmap
- Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing current customer¡¯s business and long-term plans
- Provide the latest market information and dynamics to customer and suggest the right product and solution compete in the market
