JOB RESPONSIBILITIES w Promotes and sells Trackman's products and services within an assigned
geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales
targets. w Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term
relationships with various stakeholders and professionals. w Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product
services to maximize the benefits derived from Trackman 's products and/or services. w Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or
services. w Promptly address customer needs including opportunities and challenges and
coordinate responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders w Implement marketing tactics and strategy in collaboration as directed by
the commercial and marketing specialist w Provide insights and market research on customers and competitors¡¯
activities. w Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to
existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Sales
support, operations and Marketing. w Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon
request of team leader. w Contribute to market research, including identify market potential and
find potential leads, reach out new potential clients via cold
calling, email, social media communication. w Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers
through daily contact, making presentations, frequent visits. w Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals. w Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Trackman and its products
with solutions. w Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to
address customer requirements
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS w Preferred minimum of 7-10 years of experience as marketing or sales (Marketing
experience preferred) w Requires a University Degree w We are open to graduates from business, Bio-medical Science/Engineering or
any other discipline w Consistent academic track record w Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills w Good analytical and problem-solving skills. w High level of passion, energy, commitment and integrity w Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills. w Organizing and prioritizing work w Willingness to go the extra mile w Willingness to travel
