MAIN PURPOSE

Ÿ Enhance Maison image by developing and implement the communication strategies based on the global direction and local priorities/initiatives.

Ÿ Strengthen the marketing mix by Media, public relations programs, events, influencers, and local social media management by exposure in all forms of media on Print and digital channels to reach the marketing goals



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibility 1 – PR Communication Strategy/ Budget Management

Develop and implement the long-term and yearly PR & communication strategies and analyse campaign KPIs

Build media & PR budget aligned to total A&P   

Manage monthly, quarterly, yearly media & PR A&P spending


Key responsibility 2 – Advertising

Ÿ Plan annual & monthly media advertising strategy aligned with HQ guideline

Ÿ Develop media plan and report the results, working with media agency to maximize SOV and bring good impact to maison

Ÿ Co-ordinate all necessary elements for the advertisement comminating HQ and Media agency

Ÿ Manage all media results reports, BBB and report SOV


Key responsibility 3 – PR

Ÿ  Establish PR plans and programmes in tune with our corporate image to maximize the potential

publicity, being in line with our marketing strategy

Ÿ  Develop celebrities/ Influencers marketing plan and execution working with media and agency

Ÿ  Regularly develop and build relationships with media to enhance Montblanc image

Ÿ  Control the press release of products and activities to ensure publicity generated 


Key responsibility 4 – Local social media  

Manage Korea social media channels plan working with Digital agency and HQ

Communicate the updates of Montblanc Korea homepage by operating HQ E-commerce team


Key responsibility 5 –Event

      Plan and lead the press event and media collaboration events

      Invite press/ influencers at local launching events and ensure media coverage

      Communicate international events with HQ to maximise PR coverage


Key responsibility 6 – Team Leadership  

      Empower the team of PR & social media by developing all communication team members competencies and achieving the gaol of the team
