You are responsible for
1) HRBP
- Rolle out the People Strategy locally in line with the business strategies
- Uses diagnostics skills, business acumen and customer relations to identify, articulate and deliver value proposition at the senior management level
- Partner with, consult with and influence the business area based on HR needs to enable delivery of business targets
- Coordinate capability development and workforce planning
- Drive the people initiatives for transformation and change
- Consult with the CoEs to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model
- Lead culture and change management and support the transformation across the company to become in line with PBS
2) ER role
- In coordination with Head of HR for South Korea, design, maintain and implement employee relationship strategy and guidelines aligned with HR requirements
- Act as a professional advisor for ER topics. Provide high-quality support and advice, ensuring the effective management of ER-related risks(legal, finical and reputation) for employee relations issues e.g. disciplinary, grievances, harassment, litigation case management, resource optimization/re-organizations etc.
- Maintain and interpret various labor agreements, administer grievance procedures and provide labor relations support during contract negotiations
- Hands-on work-related collective bargaining items(e.g. promotion, merit increase)
- Act as a liaison between company managers and labor union representatives
- Prepare labor audit and handle investigation
- Investigate HR GBP cases and follow up
3) Learning & Business Excellence Lead
- Manage or support the Learning Program design, development and deployment in line with planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with members
- Gathers and documents requirements for learning products and identifies necessary functional components such as quick step guides, learning services checklists, delivery specialist/instructor guides, collaborative learning environments
- Works cooperatively with delivery specialists and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning activities
- Participates in certification process to receive entitlement for delivery.
- Delivers and facilitates onsite and offsite learning to learners.
- Responsible for effective and high quality learning experiences that meet the impact they are designed to have
- Participate or lead in internal capability-building initiatives
- Identify and develop internal CI/Lean coaches, trainers
- Delivers and facilitates CI Bootcamp (i.e. Daily Management and Problem solving)

- Minimum 8 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
- Preferably background in relevant industry

- Contribution to continuous improvement/ training delivery methods
