    as ER responsible in Ericsson-LG Enterprise entity

    • Key Interface with Labor Unions, Work Councils, Local Administration and Legal authorities
    • Establish and manage the constructive and future-forward relationship with labor union
    • Drive and administer various discussions and negotiations for all ER issues, including wage, CBA and other issues necessary for mandatory discussion, consultation, agreement, and consent
    • Organize and follow up the Employee Management Council
    • Represent the Company in labor legal procedures and claims
    • Assess all other HR areas in labor matters
    • Align with line managers on any labor matters
