Job Description - Lead Samsonite product and brand direction - Samsonite, Samsonite RED - Research for more insight to enlarge business contribution of Samsonite brands - Constant exploration for innovation idea and new trend - Collaborate with Marketing Manager with overall product planning part’s strategy and reports - Season Collection Planning (Coordinate with Design and Product Development team) for Samsonite brands - Communicate with Region APAC team for more efficient product sourcing and development project and KLP’s expansion to other markets - Pricing & GM management - Sales Analysis & Market Research - Manage Team members and motivate to achiev e team targets. (3 Product Merchandisers) |
Qualification - 10~15 years’ experience from the fashion goods related retail industry (Korea Local Products - MUST) - Has experience in production of local goods and good understanding about material, production design, design process and outsourcing - Strong relating skills for building trustful partnership with internal and external business partners - Has insight in retail business management (e.g. inventory management, budgeting, setting and communicating objectives) - Team Player with high motivation - Strong Communication skills both in Korean and English Preferred - Experience with multi-brands, premium brands or other quality fashion related products - Team managing experience |
