Responsibilities:

• 장비의 기술적인 부분에 대한 고객사의 first contact 으로서의 역할 

• 자사 3D 측정장비 시스템에 대한 설치, 수리, 유지보수, 업그레이드 업무

• 고객사 site 로의 배송, 설치, 안정화를 포함한 전반적인 기술지원

• 고객사의 요청에 따른 reference measurement, sensor calibrations 등을 수행하며 필수적인 측정 리포트 작성

Requirements:

• Technical education in the field of electronics, mechatronics, optics, or relevant engineering major 

• Experience in technical support of metrological equipment including motion systems and application engineering

• Very good knowledge in the field of optical metrology, mechatronics or precision mechanics

• Confident handling of modern communication tools and demonstrably good computer skills 

• Willingness to travel regularly

• Customer-oriented, persevering and confident appearance

• Programming knowledge in the field of optical image processing or PLC skills are a plus as well

• Fluent Korean and a good knowledge of English
