CEO 밑에서 일하시며, 영어를 구사하는 아티스트를 감독하여 능력을 향상시키고 아티스트의 요구사항, 일정, 트레이너 및 퍼포먼스를 관리합니다.

주요업무:

- 아티스트 관리 및 서포트

- 아티스트 교육 계획 수립

- 춤, 보컬, 번역 등의 아티스트를 돕기 위해 코치와 트레이너를 관리

- 아티스트의 가창력 및 연주 실력 평가 및 향상 서포트

- 공연을 위해 숙박, 여행, 음식 등 준비

- 장비 및 설비를 점검하여 아티스트의 사양에 부합하는지 확인

자격요건:

- 동종업계 경험 1년 이상

- 동종산업에 네트워크 소유자

- 한국어, 영어 가능하신 분 (비즈니스 레벨이 아닌 베이직 수준의 영어로 의사소통이 가능하신 분도 가능)

- 아카데미에서 매니저 또는 코치 경험이 있으신 분

- 뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인관계 능력이 있으신 분

- 친근하고 공연자 팀의 일원으로 일할 수 있는 능력이 있으신 분

- 운전면허증 소지자

Responsibilties:

- Manage artist, take care of her personal needs

- Organize artist's planning for training

- Managing coaches and trainers to help artists with dancing, voice, translations, and others.

- Evaluate and develop performers singing, and performance skills

- Prepare lodging, travel, food, and other needs for our performers' concerts and performances.

- Inspect equipments and facilities ensure they meet the artist’s specifications.

Requirements:

- 1 Y Management experience in the entertainment industry

- Network in the music industry

- Management experience in the entertainment industry

- Speaks Korean and English and/or Chinese

- Experience as an Talent Manager or as coach in an Academy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly and has the ability to work as part of the performers' team

- Driving Licence
