Job Responsibilities

Performs measurement on metrology tools to collect experiment results including SEM imaging , CD measurement anddelayering data. Requires sufficient technical familiarity with semiconductor metrology tools and techniques to manage vendors andinteract efficiently with vendor field service engineers when need arises to help deliver maximum asset availability Tool sets include: Ion-beam assisted silicon sample-preparation techniques, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).Other metrology instruments helpful, such as Critical Dimension-SEM (CD-SEM). Experience with Review SEM, Experience with TEM lamella ion polishing/preparation equipment, i.e,

•  • Performs process engineering lab activities for customer demo and/or C&F process experiments.  This includes sample preparation, sample chemical treatment and running waferflows on Lam tools.
•  • Performs measurement on metrology tools to collect experiment results including thin film measurement, CD measurement and SEM imaging.
•  • Understand process requirement and works with minimal supervision for execution of experiments.  Creates process recipes from scratch and tunes process recipes for robustness.  Provide suggestions for process recipe improvement
•  • Understands Lam tools operations, able to clear basic alarms and applies troubleshooting skills to reduce tool downtime
•  • Conducts statistical process control (SPC) and etch rates including measure, execution, analysis and reporting to ensure Lam chamber performance is under control and in-spec.  Alert for any trend or out-of-spec issue and come up possible causes and troubleshooting actions
•  • Works from customer instruction to determine target pattern feature and perform first sample cleaving using microscope / top down SEM and micro-cleavers.   Creates or modifies ppt instruction for others to follow
•  • 공정 엔지니어를 통해 전달받은 데이터 기반으로 반도체 공정 테스트, 반도체 장비 설정 및 공정 실험을 수행
•  • 실험 결과값을 공정 엔지니어와 테크놀로지 센터의 라인 운영자에게 전달
•  • 반도체 공정 수율 문제를 식별하거나 신제품을 테스트하기 위한 실험 준비 등 공정 엔지니어의 업무를 지원하는 역할을 수행

Minimum Qualifications

•  • 반도체, 전자, 전기, 신소재, 화학, 기계관련 전문학사 졸업자 및 졸업예정자 (신입)
•  • 영어 문장 읽기와 해석이 가능하신 분
•  • 클린룸 업무 경험자 혹은 공정 실습 경험자 우대
•  • 클린룸 환경에서 Smock(반도체방호복) 착용하고 근무하는데 거부감 없는 분
•  • 고객 지향적이며 적극적인 마인드를 가진 분 
•  • 야간 시프트를 포함한 교대근무에 거부감이 없는 분

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor industry, Failure Analysis preferred Experience with TEM lamella preparation preferred.
