Job Summary

This role will provide Project Management services for a variety of clients. The working location will be CBRE HQ office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manages all facets of project management (program, budget, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

- Advise and support to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences

- Lead and support communication with the project team and relevant parties

- Manage and oversee project execution and delivery

- Manage and provide project documentation and reporting

- Oversee and manage critical activities of consultants, construction vendors or suppliers

Key Requirements

- Bachelor¡¯s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Design/Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management

- 10~13 years¡¯ experience in Project or Construction Management

- Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or in-house Project Management is preferred. Otherwise, experience at a Construction Management company or Architectural Design office is also acceptable.

- Moderate English communication skill is preferred.
