#JD: Talent Management ´ã´ç

- Talent Management Specialist is responsible for driving our organization-wide Talent Management
strategy in response to the strategic business demands and Asia Capability requirements.
Talent Management Specialist is mainly taking the regional role of execution of Talent Assessment,
support on Talent Review process to make sure the solid talent pipeline in our organization by
collaborating with the global COE team and HRBP at each site.

- Key Accountabilities
¡¤ Responsible for creating a sustainable culture of growth by executing Talent Communication with
business leaders and employees.
¡¤ Assist the Management Team in talent analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation of
Talent Assessment.
¡¤ Has impact on services such as career and succession planning and be an internal coach for career
development for employees and high potential talents.

- Requirements & Qualifications:
¡¤ Early/ mid-career professional with at least 5 year¡¯s post qualification
¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degrees or above and Master¡¯s degree preferred
¡¤ Proven track record working as an individual contributor within talent management in either a multi-
national organization
¡¤ Experiences of interacting and influencing other stakeholders on coaching, employee engagement,
etc
¡¤ Genuine interest in caring and supporting people
¡¤ Data-driven & Learning agility- Demonstrates ability to use various tools or platforms to assess needs,
to analyze trends and talent data.
