Overview:

For this role, it is a one-year contract role and there might be some weekend onsite commitment at our attraction based on business needs.

Job Description

• Offline site-wide management and manage online site channels

• Planning and implementation to optimize field staff training and operations

• Market research and data analysis to advanced Trip.com services

• Organize and implement customer data analysis and customer experience improvement measures

Job Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor degree in business or any related studies

• Prior experience in the travel industry or on-site attraction experience

• Has a strong passion customer experience 

• Data driven, advance level of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc. 

• An active and driven person

• Proficiency in English is required and Chinese will be a plus
