The mission of this role is to uncover and interpret market trends and consumer behaviors to help shape our company's product offerings and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical acumen, and creativity to influence and drive our food business forward. • Lead the consumer insights projects, providing strategic direction and thought leadership to the team. • Develop and execute a comprehensive insights strategy to identify and capitalize on market trends and consumer needs. • Manage and mentor the team, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and excellence. • Oversee multiple insights projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of findings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and sales to integrate insights into business strategies. • Utilize a variety of research methodologies and tools to gather and analyze consumer data. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consumer insights and market research. • Partner with external research vendors to enhance our research capabilities and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis. Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consumer insights or market research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Experience in a CPG or food company is highly desirable. • High proficiency in written and verbal English (Fluent or near fluent). • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, processes, and vendors. • Demonstrated ability to apply consumer insights to address business questions and drive strategic initiatives. • Proactive, strategic, and creative thinker with a bias for action. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and mentoring staff. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. • Effective communication and presentation skills, both in-person and in virtual environments. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Experience with a wide range of research tools, including syndicated data (e.g., POS/Panel data from Circana, Nielsen) and primary research methods (qualitative and quantitative). ¿ì´ë»çÇ× • Experience in an international company, with an understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances. • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex insights projects. • Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tools. • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding consumer behavior. • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
