The Corporate Communications Group delivers world-class communications to inform and engage key stakeholders and bring Lam's brand to life on a global scale. They lead our internal and executive communications, executive thought leadership, social presence, and philanthropic efforts through volunteering and the Lam Foundation.
Job Responsibilities As Marketing Communications Specialist for Korea, you will play a critical role creating and executing strategic programs that span all communications channels and formats, align with our key business objectives, and advance Lam¡¯s brand and reputation goals locally, regionally, and globally. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications for Korea, you will be responsible for helping us craft our narrative, inspire our workforce, bring our brand to life and shape perceptions of Lam with key audiences. This position requires strong cross-team collaboration across multiple functions and close partnership with corporate communications teammates across Asia and in the US.
External Communications • Manage editorial calendar and cooperate with the global team for developing and localizing content • Support local media activities: press release, media events and content • Develop content for campaigns and company communications platforms including social media
Other Job Responsibilities Marketing and Events¡¡ • Facilitate marketing communication activities in Korea • Support Lam sponsorship and Lam-owned marketing events Employee Communications • Develop content and manage internal comms channels • Support communications for employee events and community activities • Implement communications frameworks and processes • Develop branding materials for internal communications and serve as a point of contact for partners
Preferred Qualifications • University degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent academic qualification • Experience as a writer in the media or a content creator in the new media • A bold, action-oriented and positive person who can put new ideas into action

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ¡®On-site Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ¡®Virtual Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
