Key Account Manager (Online sales)

Job Description

[Role Summary]

Responsible for development / implementation / optimization of e-commerce sales strategy for Philips via Direct-to-Consumer channels.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Ownership of online sales for Personal Health Cluster : B2B / B2C / C2C markets: TVHS / Department store / Open market / Social Commerce / Electronic Specialist / Mobile based online stores in detail, leading C2C market and accelerate / focus on competitive issue
  •  Deliver elaborate stock planning and management
  •  Management of online sales monitoring system: Real time analysis of the traffic and conversion rates of Philips products 
  •  Develop online customer care strategy
  • Work closely with the Customer Care Team for defining/improving online customer support.

[Qualifications and desired characteristics]

  • Min. 5 years of proven track record in the area of Online marketing and/or sales with the following context
  • Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel
  • Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
  • Working experience in digital media (i.e. Naver or Daum) and/or on-line retail (i.e. auction or Gmarket) is a plus
  • Experience of online measurement tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
  • Good command of Korean and English
