Responsibilities:
Store Operations
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, providing data-driven insights to support sales performance.
Oversee administrative support for both office and store operations.
Manage sales operations, including EDI vs. POS.
Handle store expenses and office supply management.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, alerting the team to any urgent issues.
Provide updates on order status and delivery details to keep customers informed.
Coordinate repairs or returns of defective products with local partners.
Support POS opening, closing, and renovation operations.
Stock Management
Plan and take necessary steps to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Manage stock, including product assortment, out-of-stock issues, slow movers, price setting, and product orders for allocation.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure high standards of merchandising are consistently maintained in the right locations.
Oversee supply management for both office and store needs.
Sales Reporting
Prepare and present operational data for sales meetings.
Provide flash report updates.
Generate daily and weekly reports (sell-out).
Use RMIS (sell-out, stock) in the SGK system.
Compile monthly reports, including product analysis for HQ, promotion results, and sales data.
Translate and localize manuals and training materials to enhance sales staff knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
Relevant experience with global fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands preferred.
In-depth understanding of sales in a retail context, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong numerical skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
