[Position] IT_Systems Engineer (3~5년)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 IT 부서에서 Systems Engineer를 채용합니다. 주요 업무는 네트워크, 서버, Application 관련 IT 시스템의 운영, 유지보수 및 기술 지원으로 사내 사용자, 호텔 및 리조트 방문 고객을 대상으로 서비스를 제공합니다. LAN/WAN/통신/무선 네트워크 및 통신 설비를 유지하고 운영하며 문제를 해결해야 합니다. 3년 이상의 네트워크 관련 업무 경험이 필요하며  교대근무자로 휴일 및 주말, 야간에 근무할 수 있어야 합니다. 영어 문서를 읽고 이해할 수 있어야 하며 호텔 및 리조트 업계 경험자를 우대합니다.

Position Summary | 직무 요약:

This position is responsible for operate, maintain and support variety of IT systems from network, servers and application. Provide support with Team Member end users and Resort Guests at Inspire Entertainment Resort on a variety of IT related issues raised from computing hardware and software as Level 2 IT support team. Maintains LAN/WAN/telecommunications/wireless operations by working with network and telecom facility and hardware/software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution. Identify network faults and troubleshoot issues. Installing and maintaining network and telecommunications hardware and supporting infrastructure as needed. Provides daily operations support and maintenance for network, server, telecommunications systems and applications.

이 직책은 Systems Engineer 팀의 일원으로서 네트워크, 서버 및 애플리케이션에서 다양한 IT 시스템의 장애 처리, 설치 및  기술 지원하는 업무를 담당합니다. 네트워크 장애 문제를 해결하며 네트워크 및 통신 하드웨어와 지원 인프라를 설치, 운영 및 유지 관리합니다. 또한Inspire Entertainment Resort의 임직원 및 리조트 투숙객에게 컴퓨팅 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어에서 발생하는 다양한 IT 관련 문제에 대해 지원을 제공합니다.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities | 주요 업무 및 책임: (include but not limited to):

• Supports entire property and casino networking environment.
• Provides IT support for PMS, POS, Gaming Systems, PCs, printers, IP phones, Kiosk, tablets, smartphones and network related issues.
• Support In-room technology IT issues for Resort Guests in technical area such as In-room IPTV, IP phone, room tablets and Wi-Fi.
• Identifies and troubleshoots abnormalities of network issues to resolution using a range of diagnostic tools.
• Install and configure computing devices and software as required across Inspire Entertainment Resort and remote offices.
• Provide ongoing monitoring, performance tuning, implementation, and fault root cause analysis for systems under management. Ensures Service Level Objectives are met.
• Works closely with peers to ensure networks and telecommunications are maintained in an available environment. 
• Communicate effectively with End users through email, phones and other channels as needed as part of support process in both Korean and English.
• Creation and maintenance of troubleshooting and operational documentation for all systems under management. Authors and peer-reviews knowledgebase articles documenting fault root causes and their respective resolutions.
• Carries and responds to off-hours communications device in order to provide 24x7 support for systems under management if needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively pursues opportunities, as an individual and as part of a group, to improve knowledge, tools and processes for systems under management.
• Promotes superior customer service to the Resort guest and to End users.
• PMS, POS, 카지노 시스템, PC, 프린터, IP 전화, 키오스크, 태블릿, 스마트폰 및 네트워크 관련 문제에   대한 IT 지원 제공.
• 객실 내 IPTV, IP 전화, 객실 태블릿 및 Wi-Fi와 같은 기술 분야에서 리조트 투숙객을 위한 객실 내  IT 문제 지원.
• 지원 프로세스의 일환으로 필요에 따라 이메일, 전화 및 기타 채널을 통해 최종 사용자와 효과적으로 의사 소통을 함.
• 야간 근무 및 휴일 근무를 포함한 다양한 교대근무와 유연한 근무가 가능해야 합니다.

Minimum Education and Qualifications | 자격 요건:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, and 3 years of progressive Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as network technician.
• At least one (1) year of experience in IT support customer service to support desktop/laptop/printer/mobile device and video conferencing area.
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP sub-netting.
• CCNA or CCNP (preferred).
• Extensive PC hardware experience (ability to build, diagnose, and repair computers; strong troubleshooting skills).
• ITIL framework-based ticketing system experience in such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy or ManageEngine
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Capable of reading and understanding English document and emails & Intermediate level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Fluent in Korean.
• IT 관련 전공자 또는 3년 이상의 IT 직무 경력 보유
• 네트워크 기술자로서 최소2 년 이상의 실무 경험 
• TCP/IP 프로토콜에 대한 입증 가능한 지식. 
• CCNA 또는 네트워크 관련 자격증 소지자 우대
• 최소 1년(1) 이상의 데스크톱/노트북/프린터/모바일 기기 등에 대한 기술 지원 서비스 경력 
• 컴퓨터를 빌드하고 고장을 진단 및 수리할 수 있는 능력
• ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy 또는 ManageEngine과 같은 ITIL 프레임워크 기반 티켓팅 시스템 이용 경험 
• 고객 중심적 사고방식
• 영어 문서 및 이메일을 읽고 이해할 수 있는 능력

Training Requirements:

• Must complete all appropriate Human Resources Training courses.
• Must complete all required Cyber Security Training courses.
• Must complete Service Standard training for Resort Guests
• Knowledge of INSPIRE Integrated Resort corporate and department policies and procedures.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office work environment
• Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 kg.
• Ability to travel to remote locations.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including overnight shift and holiday.
