[Description]
Based at SOOP Co., Ltd. headquarters in Seoul, Korea, reporting directly to the Product Lead,
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Global Platform Operations specialist.
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the success of our global business by leading key projects and ensuring seamless operations across our platform.
[Key Responsibilities]
¡Ü Platform Operations and User Management
- Implement platform policies for live streaming and VOD services and set operational procedures to maintain service efficiency.
- Handle global user communications, including responding to user inquiries and publishing FAQs.
- Manage announcements and notifications about key platform updates.
- Monitor live platform, oversee content curation, ensure community safety, and address service-related issues, streamlining resolution processes.
¡Ü User Feedback Analysis and Improvement
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement, including potential policy and feature updates.
- Provide insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on user feedbacks and propose actionable solutions to enhance the platform experience.
¡Ü Policy and Compliance Management
- Develop, review, and manage platform terms, policies, and user agreements to ensure legal compliance and alignment with service updates.
- Analyze legal requirements and assess risks related to platform operations and updates.
- Draft, review, and refine legal documents, including redlining terms and agreements.
¡Ü Localization and Quality Assurance
- Translate and localize product content, visuals, and messaging to cater to different regions.
- Manage the localization quality assurance process to ensure translations maintain accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Localize operational tools and manuals to train and support local offices.

¡Ü 1+ years in Platform Operations
¡Ü Analytics and data-driven
¡Ü Excellent communication in both Korean and English
¡Ü Project management skills (e.g. Timeline management, budget cost tracking, etc.)
¡Ü Background in global business development within the live streaming, gaming, or esports industries

¡Ü Experience and knowledge in content and LIVE streaming platform business
¡Ü Active user of live streaming platforms
¡Ü Comprehensive understanding of localization processes and best practices
¡Ü Multilingual proficiency (Korean, Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, etc.)
¡Ü Enthusiasm for gaming, esports, or as a SOOP fan
