Executive Assistant

¢º Overall management of SG related affairs
̵ SG¡¯s schedule (i.e. meetings and appointments)
̵ Arrangement and accompany of SG events and travels (domestic and international)
̵ Communication with external stakeholders of the AKC
̵ Report meeting minutes and SG related expenses

¢º Documentation and research on recent trends and data of ASEAN and ASEAN-Korea relations(i.e. speeches, talking notes, PPTs, etc)

* The work scope of EA is not limited to specific programs or a certain Unit. EA may involve in all fields of the Centre¡¯s activities if necessary.

      Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Language, Communication or a related field from an accredited academic institution. Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

      Experience in international (inter-governmental) organizations, national/international institutions, government organizations and/or private companies is preferred.

      Fluent communication skills in both English and Korean

      Should follow under Article 33 of the Public Officials Act and not be disqualified from overseas travel.

Employment Condition

  •     Fixed-term contract of 1 year

    *  Contract may be extended after one year following review of work performance, etc.

    *   Probation period: 3 months

        Gross Salary per annum: KRW 38,000,000 and above

    *  The above salary includes monthly lunch and transportation allowance.

    *   The salary can be changed depending on the qualifications and prior work experiences, in accordance with  Centre's regulation.

         Benefits: 4 Major insurances, Welfare card, Club activity, etc.

        Starting date: February 2025 (Specific date is negotiable.

        Official Working hours: 09:00-18:00, Lunch hour: 12:00-13:00

Selection Process

  • Results of each round will be informed to the concerned candidate(s) individually.

          1st  round: Document review

    *    Indication of an English proficiency score, officially certified with validity is mandatory.

            2nd  round: On-site English writing test and In-person Interview

            3rd round: Health screening (only for those who have passed the 1st and 2nd round of the

    selection process)
