The Impact You¡¯ll Make

At Lam, as an EH&S Engineer, you're instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental safety programs and policies. Ensuring compliance with regulations, you'll perform safety inspections, conduct trainings, and oversee hazardous waste vendors and processes. Your expertise spans to life safety, workplace ergonomics, and monitoring industrial health compliance. Acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies you'll not only stay current but also reinforce Lam's commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

What You¡¯ll Do

This position will include, but is not limited to, roles and responsibilities assisting the following activities

  • Maintain regulatory compliance for Health and Safety, including KOSHA/Fire Fighting and regulatory report.
  • Responsible for LMK EHS management system
  • Risk assessment & JSA
  • Conduct Ergonomics improvement
  • Establish/Maintain EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Conduct Safety inspection for hazardous machinery
  • Coordinate and follow-up for insurance and fire department audit/inspection
  • Establish/Maintain annual fire-fighting plan
  • Annual fire drill for all employees and contractors
  • Manage fire prevention system and inspection
  • Internal EHS audit
  • Liaise with government agencies on EHS issues

Who We¡¯re Looking For

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.

Skills Required

  • In-depth Knowledge of EHS regulations
  • 5~8 years total experience in EHS
  • Ability to implement EHS programs and achieve measurable goals
  • Excellent and effective English communication skills
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and drive results
  • Proficiency at MS office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ISO 45001 experience and auditor qualification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial Safety Engineer(»ê¾÷¾ÈÀü±â»ç)
  • Fire Protection Engineer(¼Ò¹æ¼³ºñ±â»ç)
  • Industrial Hazardous Materials Engineer(À§Çè¹°»ê¾÷±â»ç)
