Key Responsibilities: 

Drive Advanced Technology Sales: 

  • Manage sales of FEOL/BEOL PCMP solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations. 

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring optimal product and service delivery. 

 Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: 

  •  Drive sales plan execution through market intelligence, growth enablement projects, cost management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. 

  •  Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their technical and business goals. 

Ensure Customer Success: 

  •  Investigate and resolve quality or performance issues with a strong sense of ownership to maintain customer trust. 

  •  Represent DuPont professionally, fostering long-term partnerships through exceptional service and conduct. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in a Science or Engineering field. 

  • At least 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong preference for experience in PCMP process. 

Skills and Traits: 

  •  Proven ability to solve complex technical and commercial problems under tight deadlines. 

  •  Strong networking, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, combined with solid business acumen and a personable demeanor.

Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English and Korean. 

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively, both locally and globally (up to 50%).
