You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + operational skill to the delivery of customer on-boarding

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to manage a team of Project Managers to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To lead the project team ensuring mandatory/needed resources are assigned to the project as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members, providing guidance on projects, career + development.
• To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, 
  ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
• To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries.
• To ensure all project documentation is fully maintained, accurate + up to date.
• To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
