[Position] Leisure Services  Supervisor(3~5년 이상)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort에서 Splashbay(워터파크) 및 Hotel 내 Leisure시설 (Hotel Pool 및 Fitness Center) 운영을 담당해주실 Leisure Services Supervisor를 채용합니다. 호텔 리조트 내 스포츠/레크레이션 시설 등의 책임자로 최소 2~3년 이상 근무해 오신 경력자에 한하여 지원 가능하며(총 경력 3~5년 이상) 글로벌 호텔 체인 및 럭셔리 호텔 등에서 Leisure 및 Activity 경험이 있으신 분, 생활체육지도자 자격증(수영, 바디빌딩 등), CPR 및 수상인명구조요원 자격증 보유자(유효기간 내) 보유자는 우대합니다.

업무상 본사의 다양한 국적의 고객들과 Communication이 발생하는 포지션으로 Fluent 하지 않더라도 자신의 의견을 명확하고 자신 있고 Clear 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Summary:

Performs guest safety and recreational work supervising, swimming and enforcing regulations at a the Splash Bay and Hotel Leisure facilities(Pool / Fitness Center) as well as providing for the guests comfort. An essential responsibility of this role includes ensuring cleanliness, setting -up and safety of all areas and facilities and attend to all guests needs within the Splash Bay and Hotel Leisure facilities(Pool / Fitness Center) area as per the safety guidelines of the resort operation management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Oversight of Splash Bay and Hotel Leisure facilities(Pool / Fitness Center) as Required.
• Oversight of facility needs for Splash Bay and Hotel Leisure facilities(Pool / Fitness Center). Performs daily checks of all areas to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and set up according to our standards.
• Verifies all reporting and tracking of water quality, temperature, etc are completed according to local regulations and INSPIRE standards. Reports any challenges to ENG team and follows up as needed.
• Maintains all product and amenity stock for facilities, toilets, and WCs for all areas. Monitors daily, tracks inventory, and places orders to ensure all areas are stocked and set up according to our standards.
• Oversees all linen needs for Discovery Park. Compiles all monthly Requirement inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Assists with giving tours and other operational tasks as needed. Ensures all colleagues have a break time, assisting with coverage as needed during this time.
• Professionally deals with dissatisfied or disgruntled guests.
• Ensures that mistakes are corrected and coaches the colleague on the procedures that were performed correctly and those that were performed incorrectly.
• Reads and replies to all e-mails from guests, vendors, and colleagues.
• Performs regular walk-throughs of all areas to ensure standards are met and teams are supported.
• Conducts daily briefings and regular meetings. Ensures information is communicated effectively with all colleagues not present.
• Ensures that all costs are strictly controlled in line with the budget.
• Responsible for monthly inventory of BOH products, attire and linen.
• Completes all daily and monthly reports as assigned.
• Keeps up with current park trends to make sure the park programs and equipment remain competitive and cutting edge.
• Attends relative functions and promotions for and on behalf of the Leisure Services when necessary.
• Assists with recruiting, training, and developing of pool employees following the operational, financial, and administrative philosophies.
• Through hands-on management, supervises closely all employees in the performance of their duties in accordance with policies & procedures and applicable laws.
• Delegates appropriate duties and responsibilities, whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained.
• Monitors employee morale and provides mechanisms for performance feedback and development.
• Knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Reads the INSPIRE’s Employee Handbook and understands and adheres to the INSPIRE’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• Min 2~3 years’ leardership experience in Sports Center, Resort or Hotel Pool as Team Leader / Supervisor.
• Water Park experience is preferred.
• Must have Physical Education Certificate(생활체육지도자 자격증 - 수영) and Lifeguard Certificate is plus
• Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 kgs.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Other Requirements:

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time(while on duty)
• Be able to work in a fast-paced and Shift work environment
• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods(Shift Schedule) especially for planned Event.
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
