Job Title:             Sr. Finance Supervisor (HBS KOREA Service Finance Leader & HBS KOREA FP&A)

Position Purpose/Summary
This role will cover the responsibilities of HBS KOREA Service Finance Leader & HBS KOREA FP&A

KEY INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / DELIVERABLES
•             To be a business partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders in driving financial performance.
•             Own, manage and standardize key business and financial processes such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Review (MBR), Working capital, Month end closing, financial analysis and forecasts and drive results in P&L, Balance Sheet and FCF.
•             Lead accounting & management projects and productivity reviews such as bids review and is responsible for ensuring project review compliance.
•             Providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making
•             Driving business performance and strategy

Key Success Factors (Key Metrics / KPIs / Deliverables)
•             Driver Orders, Revenue, OI, WC and FCF
•             Business partnering to Regional General Managers and cross functional team.
•             Internal Controls and Compliance
•             Strong at Financial System (SAP, FDS, Digital Finance)
•             Project Accounting / Financial Analysis, Reconciliation and Forecast
•             Involve in collection activities to optimize progress billings.Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge
Job Specifications: General
(Define as “Essential” or “Preferred” and Qualify Statements as “Excellent”, “Good / Proficient” or “Basic)”
Required Licenses, Accreditations / clearances / statutory requirements              
•             AICPA preferred
Education / Qualifications          
•             Bachelor’s Degree on Accounting or Finance
Experience
•             Over 10 years’ experience on Accounting or Finance field
•             Over 2 years’ experience in Commercial Finance and FP&A
Professional Skills / Knowledge
•             USGAAP
•             Project Accounting / Management
