업무상 다양한 국가의 Guest들 과의 Global Communication이 굉장히 빈번한 포지션으로 Fluent 하지 않더라도 자신의 의견을 (영어 - 필수, 중국어/일본어-우대)명확하고 자신 있게 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다.

Position Summary

Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print).
• Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog).
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20kg without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 35kg with assistance.
• Assist with group luggage requirements (e.g., luggage pull, storage, drops).
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Minimum Education and Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent degree; 1~3 year experience in the guest services, bell desk, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Guess Facing work Environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time(while on duty)
• Be able to lift & Carry luggage when required
• Be able to work in a fast-paced and Shift work environment
• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods(Shift Schedule) especially for planned Event.
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
