Join CJ CheilJedang¡¯s HQ-based Marketing team - the driving force behind the global expansion of iconic CJ brands like bibigo. You will play a pivotal role in crafting strategy, guiding execution, and bridging HQ and local market teams across emerging and high-potential regions such as China, Japan, APAC, and Europe. [Roles & Responsibilities]
1. Growth Strategy Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to emerging markets (APAC, Europe, China, Japan).
- Support region-specific performance by localizing global brand strategies and optimizing execution plans to drive market
expansion and address unmet consumer needs.
- Collaborate with local teams to align on priorities and implement actionable, region/market-specific growth plans.
2. Project & Campaign Management
- Lead the end-to-end execution of key marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with global and regional goals.
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and ensure alignment with global objectives and brand consistency.
- Develop creative marketing assets and key visuals to support local campaigns, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams to launch integrated communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
3. Market Research & Stakeholder Coordination
- Analyze market data (e.g., Kantar panel data) and consumer insights to uncover emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate market dynamics to adjust strategies and ensure long-term business success in emerging markets.
- Serve as the central bridge between CJ HQ and overseas offices (e.g., China, Japan, APAC, Europe).
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as IMX, Consumer T&I, and other value chain partners
to ensure seamless and aligned execution.

[Requirements]
- Work experience: Min 7 years of Marketing experience and expertise.
- Cross-cultural Competency: Ability to understand and navigate cultural differences and nuances for various regions and demographics.
- Cross-functional & country team collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional and country teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new trends and to adjust strategies accordingly and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written Korean / English communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to differentiate the brand and create unique and compelling strategies and ideas.
