[Position] IT_Product Analyst

Position Summary:

The Product Analyst will work closely with the Director of Product Management to analyze product requirements, support development activities, and assess product performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the delivery of solutions that enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include but not limited to..)

• Product Requirements Analysis:
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
  • Assist in creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate product needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and business needs to refine product specifications.
•  Support Product Development:
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business stakeholders and vendors, to track the progress of product development initiatives.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Conduct manual testing to validate product functionality, identify defects, and ensure quality before deployment.
  • Manage vendor interactions related to product development, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and are aligned with project objectives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Analyze product performance metrics, including usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate insights from data to identify opportunities for improvement or new features.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support product strategy.
  • Identify trends and insights that can inform product decisions.
• Documentation and Communication:
  • Create and maintain documentation, including product roadmaps, specifications, and performance reports.
  • Communicate updates and findings to internal stakeholders effectively.
• Learning and Development:
  • Stay updated on product management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Shadow the Director of Product Management to gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of product management principles, software development processes, or agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and product management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office work environment
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours if required.
