[Position] Integrated Engagement Manager(8³â ÀÌ»ó)
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience (CX) Marketing, the Business Alliance Manager is responsible for leading Business Partnership with various business alliances. Candidates applying for this position should highlight his/her leadership in secure and managing strategic partnerships, negotiate and finalize marketing deals. The Candidate should also be ready to showcase their capability of planning to executing advertising media plans and media buys through relevant examples.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for secure and managing strategic partnerships (Excluding Card Marketing)
- Negotiate and finalize co-marketing deals.
- Plans, develops, and executes advertising media plans and media buys including but not limited to the resort as a whole(F&B, Hotel, Casino, Entertainment, Retail & other property attractions)
- Constantly looking for business opportunities via partnerships.
- Ensures all related stakeholders to align via consistent communications
- Assists with on-site and off-site events as required
- Actively support and engage for Ad-hoc project for marketing & developing partnerships.
- Plan and execute resort-wide events that elevate guest experiences and support campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hotel, F&B, MICE, Entertainment) for execution
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor¡¯s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience in Partnership Management.
- Desired Characteristics: Self-motivated, Inter-personal & proactive to build positive relationships and linkages to other departments within Company and external groups, commercial drive, ability to combine technical competencies and consumer insights to deliver brand & advertising executions
- Excellent Korean and English written and communication skills
- Although not essential, experience in the Hospitality industry advantageous
- Ability to work independently; to lead, manage and develop a highly motivated team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail, organized and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
- Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
- Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Office Work Environment
- Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions
- Be able to work flexible hours, travel and frequent trips
- Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.
- Requires a valid driver¡¯s license and passport.
- Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.
