Position Summary
Player Services Executive is responsible for the customer services in casino, especially to mass market players to enhance the overall gaming experience of mass gaming area by providing professional customer services, promoting the event & promotion, and cross-departmental support. Player Services Executive is expected to increase customer satisfaction throughout the proactive service on the casino floor.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide proactive, friendly, and timely customer services in mass gaming areas to ensure customers enjoy the gaming experience in comfort.
Observe the overall floor operation in customer service and proactively provide the respond to the customer on inquiries.
Introduce events, promotions and gaming information to encourage customers¡¯ active participation.
Introduce customers to understand and use company facilities and services comfortably.
Cooperate with relevant departments to maintain smooth operation and provide professional services.
Identify/develop valued customers and communicate closely to compile data of customers¡¯ needs.
Establish a report with customers and provide professional customer relationship services with new and existing customers to encourage constant return trip to our venue.
Collect direct feedback from customers and provide suggestions to events or operation departments.
Minimum Education and Qualifications
Have strong background in customer services and professional communication skill with internal/external customers.
Have an excellent work attitude as a team player.
Be proactive, energetic, enthusiastic and supportive to customers/team members.
Able to engage with new people and adapt quickly to fast-changed environments.
Multilingual and ability to converse in various languages, specially in Chinese/Japanese/Mongolian, preferred.
Having knowledge/work experience in gaming industry or integrated resort are an advantage.
Able to work on rotating shifts.
