직무소개
- BCM IT 기획자는 Global Technology Services 조직의 비즈니스 연속성 및 재해 복구 계획을 개발, 구현 및 유지 관리하여 서비스 중단 중 혹은 중단 후에도 비즈니스 운영을 계속할 수 있도록 보장하는 역할을 담당합니다.
- 이 역할에는 비즈니스 영향 분석, 위험 평가, 재해 복구 훈련, 글로벌 테크놀로지 직원에 대한 교육 등이 포함됩니다.
- BCM IT Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Global Technology Services business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure that business operations can continue during and after disruptions to Services of Global Technology Services.
- This role includes Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, Disaster Recovery Drill, Training to Global Technology Services employee, etc.
업무내용
- IT 비즈니스 연속성 계획, 전략 개발 및 구현 (Develop and implement IT Business Continuity Plans, Strategies)
- 비즈니스 영향 분석 수행 ( Perform Business Impact Analysis)
- 위험 평가 수행 (Conduct Risk Assessments)
- 정기적인 훈련 계획 및 실시 (Plan and conduct regular drills)
- BCM 교육 개발 및 실시 (Develop and conduct BCM training)
- 규정 준수를 위한 내부 및 외부 감사 대응 및 보고서 작성 (Respond to internal and external audits for regulatory compliance and prepare reports)
자격요건
- 비즈니스 연속성 관리(BCM) 또는 재해 복구(DR) 관련 경험 (Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Disaster Recovery (DR))
- IT 인프라 및 엔터프라이즈 솔루션 관리 경험 (Experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise solution management)
- 네트워크 및 시스템 구축, 관리 및 모니터링 경험 (Experience in network and system setup, management, and monitoring)
- 뛰어난 의사소통 및 협업 능력 (Excellent communication and collaboration skills)
- 문제 해결 능력 및 분석 능력 (Strong problem-solving and analytical skills)
우대사항
- IT 관리 프레임워크에 대한 이해 (ITIL 등) (Understanding of IT management frameworks (e.g., ITIL))
- 온프레미스, 클라우드 인프라 및 서비스 경험 (Experience with on-premises and cloud infrastructure and services)
- 프로젝트 관리 경험 (Project management experience)
- 관련 학위 또는 자격증 (예: CISSP, CISM, CBCP, ITIL, CCNA, PMP 등) (Relevant degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CBCP, ITIL, CCNA, PMP))
- 최신 BCM 및 DR 트렌드와 기술에 대한 지식 (Knowledge of the latest BCM and DR trends and technologies)
- 한국어 & 영어 능력 (문서 작성 및 의사소통) (Proficiency in Korean & English (both written and verbal communication))
