This position is aiming to manage all SCM asssets for supply products to customers and optimize maintenance process with quality reliability and cost efficinecy. Also, this position supervises the overal processes to ensure assets and managing process are complied with AL safety & Quality policies.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Assets maintenance management (incl. cylinders, valves, canisters, consumable parts, vehicles, ISO T/T)

- Improve asset maintenance process with safety, quality and supply reliability

- Regular monitoring the test expiry date of cylinders to plan re-inspection execution.

- Utilize idle assets or dispose the damaged/unserviceable assets in line with sales forecast

- Regularly review the regulation compliances regarding asset operations and follow up gap-close actions

2. Technical Procurement for Assets/Equipment

- Planning new assets/equipment purchase with a optimized operating process in line with business forecast

- Leading new projects related assets/equipment investment to make ready them in time

- Technical review for supplier bidding

3. Asset tracking and monitoring movement

- Regular physical check for the number of assets by locations to validate the financial book.

- Supervise asset database for cylinders (GTS) by daily monitoring of cylinder movement.

4. Support to HSE and IMS management

- Actively contribute to improvement on HSE and IMS programs

- HSE and IMS requirements implementation by monitoring daily activities in field.

5. Others

- Evaluate suppliers related asset purchase and maintenance and process the technical validation.

- Support to overall SCM related projects or events at the plant

- Arrange and supervise various trainings for SCM activities if required

- Manage various SCM documents in field up to date

• Years of Working Experience : At least 3 years of experience in related field
• Discipline/Major: Industrial Engineering preferred                        
• English & Korean: Business level
