In this Role, you¡¯ll get to -Closely working with Product, Regional and Global team to implement integrated business development strategy to achieve agreed team goals and execution priorities. -Drive co-campaigns with key external partners to support client business and Trip.com¡¯s market growth -Develop and deliver the direct-merchant deal between local banks and Trip.com. -Develop and implement integrated business strategy plans to support the Cross-border product and Credit card related project¡¯s goal. -Develop the business opportunity that integrate B2C and B2B approaches. -Develop and maintain good internal and external partner relationships with inspiration, respect and mutual passion. -Ensure full alignment with audit and compliance requirements. -Be responsible to oversee other activities as assigned and upon business context and requirements.
What you'll Need to Succeed -Minimum 5 years of proven experience of business development and business development operation, top-tier Financial, Payments, Technology or Card business industry preferred – from Issuer & Processor side -Strong in business development planning, communication execution, marketing performance tracking. -Credit card or E-payment product marketing experience will be an advantage -Strong in analytical thinking, complex project management and budget management. -Passion for business, technology innovation, with high energy and intelligence -Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities -An independent individual, yet a reliable team player -Business-level English
