• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks across business activities.
• Assist in the development and execution of assurance programs and internal control reviews.
• Perform routine assurance testing under supervision to assess compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Document findings and observations clearly, contributing to the preparation of reports and feedback for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to support remediation efforts and track implementation progress.
• Participate in the development and delivery of training and awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and administrative support as required.

[자격요건]

ㆍBachelor’s degree in Economics, Risk, Business Administration, or a related field
ㆍUp to 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome
ㆍStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
ㆍEagerness to learn and develop professionally in a structured environment
ㆍEffective communication and interpersonal skills
ㆍAbility to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative under guidance
ㆍHigh level of integrity and commitment to quality
ㆍProfessional-level proficiency in English and Korean is a must
