• Very good understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach
• Very good knowledge of IKEA processes, store and warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• Very good understanding of the customers¡¯ and co-workers¡¯ needs, demands and expectations on the markets
• Excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools within area of expertise

Your responsibilities
• Acting as the main point of contact for the assigned IT tool in the fulfilment unit.
• Responsible to report new and monitor existing IT incidents related to the IT tool and secure proper communication regarding these reach the affected end users.
• Responsible for steering communication and change management connected to new releases in a controlled way to secure successful implementation of updates in the unit.
• Support the unit in understanding and follow up on key performance indicators and PIs connected to the IT tool. Supporting in taking relevant actions to improve where needed.
• Responsible to secure relevant training material, task descriptions and Working methods are available and correctly followed both for new and existing co-workers in the unit.
