Join us and let's make ABI Korea the strongest creative brand in Korea! ¡¤ Creative : The ability to understand strategies and develop creative ideas that align with them ¡¤ Art directing : The ability to visually implement creative ideas ¡¤ Collaboration: The ability to communicate and co-work with counter parts such as brand team, other external partners ¢ºQualification (ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç) ¡¤ Proven experience as an Art Director within an advertising agency. ¡¤ Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and visual ideation across digital, print, and experiential platforms. ¡¤ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and guide cross-functional creative teams. ¡¤ Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand strategy, with the ability to translate insights into emotionally resonant creative. ¡¤ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and clients. ¡¤ Strong ability for collaboration and coopertation with other teams or stakeholders ¡¤ Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with creative production processes, from concept development to final execution (bonus: experience with motion/film production). ¡¤ A passionate and proactive attitude with both a creator¡¯s mindset and a brand manager¡¯s point of view. ¢ºPreferred Qualification ¡¤ Majored in Design or Advertising or Art Director background ¡¤ Ability to read & understand in English, fluency preferred
